Sometimes life changes us faster than we can make sense of what's happening.

Life no longer feels the way it used to.

Maybe burnout, illness, loss, or a near-death experience has shifted everything you thought you knew.

Maybe discovering you're neurodivergent has helped parts of your life make sense while leaving you wondering what comes next. Or perhaps you simply know that the life you've been living no longer fits.

When our inner world changes, it can feel incredibly lonely.

Especially when the people around us can't see what's changing.

You need a place where you can reconnect with yourself while your life reorganises around who you're becoming.

How do I know?

I know because I have been here too, and have guided many sensitive and ND clients through this journey. Join me for nervous system and Somatic support, meeting you where you're at, and reconnect with your whole self.

A place to reconnect with yourself when life no longer feels the way it used to.

Sometimes life changes us in ways we never expected. It might be burnout, illness, grief, a relationship ending, discovering you're neurodivergent, a profound spiritual experience, or simply the quiet knowing that the life you've been living no longer fits. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone.

gloWithin is a compassionate community for sensitive and neurodivergent women who are moving through significant inner change. Through nervous system and somatic practices, thoughtful conversation, and genuine connection, you'll be supported to slow down, make sense of what's unfolding, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. This is a space to integrate your experiences so you can move forward with greater clarity, trust, and connection to yourself.

My Story

I was 21 when I had a near-death experience that changed the course of my life. For 18 years, I only shared it with a handful of people. I didn't have the language to explain what had happened, and yet that experience became one of the greatest gifts of my life.

It marked the beginning of reconnecting with a body I had spent years disconnecting from. As a child, I trusted my intuition deeply, but over time my body had become a place that no longer felt safe, and like so many of us, I learned to doubt my own inner knowing.

The experience opened something I couldn't close; my values shifted, relationships changed, and my career no longer felt aligned. While there was beauty and profound insight, there was also loneliness, uncertainty, and the challenge of integrating an experience that few people understood.

I searched everywhere for support that honoured both the science of the nervous system and the depth of these experiences. I wanted a grounded way to make sense of what was unfolding. That shaped the work I do today.

Your space to integrate.

Over the years, I've supported many people navigating life-changing transitions. Most have come after burnout, loss, or discovering they're neurodivergent. Others have experienced sout-of-body experiences, breathwork, plant medicine, or other spiritually transformative events. While the catalyst is different, the experience is often the same.

Life no longer feels the way it once did.

And you're left searching for a safe place to integrate what's unfolding.

That's why I created the gloWithin Community: A place where your experiences don't need to be explained away, where your sensitivity is honoured, and where you can be supported to reconnect with yourself at your own pace. With compassionate guidance, trauma-informed somatic practices, and a community of women who understand what it feels like to be in-between, you'll have space to integrate the changes you're moving through and discover that what feels like everything falling apart may actually be the beginning of something profoundly meaningful.
