Be the anchor your child returns to, even during life's most challenging moments.
Help your child grow up knowing they never have to abandon themselves to belong.
Sensitive and Neurodivergent children are extraordinarily perceptive.
And many learn to adapt to their environments by suppressing discomfort, hiding overwhelm, or becoming who others need them to be. Often this goes unnoticed or it's mistaken for coping.
I call it Adaptive Masking™
Adaptive Masking™ begins when a child learns, consciously or unconsciously, that their sense of safety or belonging depends on constantly monitoring everyone and everything around them. Their nervous system begins organizing around external cues instead of internal ones. Instead of using their sensitivity to stay connected to themselves, it becomes organized around preserving safety and connection, at all cost.
Over time this leads to Attachment Fragmentation™, where connection to others replaces connection to self.
And children become disconnected from their true North.
Sensitive and ND children are especially vulnerable to this pattern. When a child learns to override their body signals to maintain connection, they become more likely to override those signals in other relationships, increasing their vulnerability to peer pressure and other compromising situations.
Chances are, if you're parenting a this child, you once were this child.
Perhaps you've spent years recovering from the ways you learned to disconnect from yourself; people-pleasing, hyper-vigilance, perfectionism, constantly questioning yourself, shame, or burnout. Many of the parents I work with recognize these patterns, because they lived them first.
Children don't just hear what we teach, they experience how we relate to ourselves.
The whole family organizes itself around these patterns of safety and connection - our core needs.
This is the nervous system doing exactly what it needs to do, and why nothing changes, until this has been resolved.
Scripts don't keep your child safe.
Children become safer when they learn to trust themselves, recognize their body signals & when to seek support.
Came looking for support for your child & unexpectedly recognized yourself in the process
Is highly capable, deeply caring & quietly exhausted in ways that are difficult to explain
Has tried everything you were told would help, yet something still feels unresolved
Doesn't want their child to lose themselves the way you learned to
Is ready to understand what's happening beneath the behaviour, not just manage it
Wants support that actually meets your nervous system where it's at... not more pressure to perform calm
This is not for parents who want a quick fix, a script, or a reward system. This is for those who sense something deeper is possible — and are ready to find out what it is.

I have supported individuals, families, and educators through somatic and nervous system-based work since 2011. As a Neuroaffirming Somatic Clinical Counsellor, Craniosacral Therapist, and Founder of a Registered Children’s Yoga School, my work focuses on helping others build sustainable capacity in a world that constantly pulls them out of connection with themselves. This is the foundation of everything I teach.
As a Mom of a Neurodivergent family and Somatic Therapist, I see what others miss. As a an AuDHD woman, I also understand what happens when the beautiful gift of sensitivity becomes so attuned to the external world, and when our bodies no longer feel safe... and the devastating effects that can have. I also know in all the messages I receive and the work that I do, that I am, sadly, not alone in this.
This is why I practice Craniosacral Therapy and Somatic Clinical Counselling. This is why I founded my Registered Children's Yoga School, leading parents, educators and therapist to empower children and youth. This is why my work is pro-active, not just focusing on healing the wounds... but trying to change the systemic patterns that created those wounds.
Thank you for joining me on my mission, to foster a world where children grow confident in their bodies, voices, & gifts so they can honour their authentic selves to gloWithin™ ... and learn to do the same for your inner-child.

The Embodied Safety™ Method helps you recognize what has quietly been organizing your family system for years. This is more than a course. This is a new lens for understanding your child and yourself. Language that may explain decades of overwhelm. A roadmap out of chronic self-abandonment.
Don't continuing to pass forward patterns that were never yours to carry in the first place. Every month a child spends learning that their needs are too much — those beliefs become more deeply encoded. The earlier Embodied Safety™ becomes part of your family's way of being, the earlier everyone begins benefiting from it.

The goal is not simply helping your child to function in the world, but to help them remain connected connected to their internal compass, while living in it. And learn to do the same for yourself. Connection should never require self-abandonment.
