This course is based on gloWithin's Yoga Alliance Registered Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Training, and Katie's background as a Counsellor, Expert Yoga Teacher, Craniosacral & Somatic Therapist. You will also learn from Cheryl Leia - Pelvic Floor Physio, Rocio Zunini - PhD Neuroscience & Doula, and receive a birth plan checklist, pregnancy journal from Tijana McAllister - Postpartum Doula! This course provides you with holistic support for pregnancy, birth and beyond. Our comprehensive program combines the latest insights from neuroscience with the ancient, intuitive wisdom of yoga and breathwork to provide holistic support for mind, body, and spirit.

When you register you will receive immediate access via email to your course and the Intro Course on the gloWithin App, and related Communities on the App for further support. You can open this from your email on your phone (iphone or Android) where you will be invited to download the gloWithin App for free if you don't already have it, or you can access on a laptop via the Web App.
