Having learned breath work, meditation, and Somatic tools as a child, Katie felt called from a young age to support others in learning holistic tools to nourish themselves. Katie is an Expert Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-500), Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), founded a Registered Children's Yoga School (RCYS), Clinical Counsellor, Craniosacral & Somatic Therapist, bridging science and ancient intuitive practices.
