Drawn from gloWithin's Registered Children's Yoga Teacher Training and Katie's background as a Clinical Counsellor, Expert Registered Yoga Teacher, Craniosacral & Somatic Practitioner with extensive knowledge of the nervous system, she provides you with age-appropriate tools to empower children and youth with healthy social, emotional, and physical development. Because this training comes from a nervous system perspective, you will also learn practices to support neurodiverse and highly sensitive children... and tools to help you nourish yourself so you can be a truly Empowered Educator!

Cohorts are hosted twice a year in January and May. Over the month you will be guided weekly for 4 weeks with your cohort in developing tools to support yourself and your students.
You will also receive two 1:1 Sessions with me, to personally support you on your journey.
